Size guide
Most Truenial clothing is cut with a deliberately relaxed, loose fit — wide-leg trousers, easy linen sets and softly draped dresses. If you are between sizes and want a closer fit, size down; if you prefer extra room, size up.
Clothing sizes
The size range varies by piece. Most items run from XS to 3XL, and the sizes actually available for any garment are shown in the size selector on its product page.
We do not publish a universal centimetre chart, because these garments come from more than one maker and a single chart would be misleading. If you would like the exact measurements for a specific piece and size, email support@truenial.com and we will get them for you before you order.
How to measure yourself
Use a soft tape measure, over light clothing, and keep the tape level without pulling it tight.
- Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, with your arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the navel.
- Hips — around the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly 20cm below your waist.
- Inside leg — from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.
Footwear
Our footwear is listed in EU sizes. This is the standard conversion:

Conversions are approximate and can vary slightly between makers. If you are usually between sizes in sandals, the adjustable straps on most of our styles give you some room either way.
